Astral Industries Limited, operating as Wasser Pipes (“we”, “our” or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and safeguard information when you interact with our website, our WhatsApp messaging service, our sales team or any of our other digital channels.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and its regulations, and, where you reach us through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, the applicable Meta Platform requirements.
Information we collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express interest in our piping systems, request a quotation, contact us, place an order or request after-sales support.
Contact details
Full name, phone number, email address, your location or county, and the details you include in an enquiry.
Project details
The customer or project type you select, the product you are interested in, and your description of the work.
Order fulfilment data
Where an enquiry becomes an order, the delivery location, order details and payment confirmation needed to dispatch it.
How the enquiry form on this website works
The enquiry form on this site does not post your answers to a server of ours. When you press Send on WhatsApp, your browser composes the enquiry into a WhatsApp message addressed to us and opens WhatsApp so that you can read it and send it yourself. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in WhatsApp, and what we then receive is the message you sent, held in WhatsApp under Meta’s own terms as well as this policy.
Information from Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
When you contact us through Meta services, we may receive information that you submit through a lead form or message, together with limited interaction information made available by Meta, such as the advert or campaign through which you contacted us.
Website and device information
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics or social media trackers. Our hosting provider may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser or device type and pages requested, in the ordinary course of serving the site and keeping it secure.
How we use your information
We use personal information only where we have a lawful and legitimate business purpose. We may use your information to:

- Include your full name, the phone number or email used to contact us, the service used and a brief description of the data you want deleted.
- We may ask for limited information to verify your identity and prevent an unauthorised deletion.
- After verification, we will process the request within the timeframe required by applicable law and confirm the outcome using your contact details.
We may retain limited records where retention is required by law, is necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or is needed to prevent fraud. Any retained information will remain protected and will be deleted when the lawful retention need ends.
